These are three preliminary sketches for a new commission. I do not know which one we will choose.

i don't like any of them - the mom and baby are separated from the rest of the family - or is that the intention - "a family divided"?
ReplyDeleteGood observation. When I went to be with family, they were all very independent. They were all doing their own thing and I had to make a composit to get them all together. I like the last one best because the mother and son are interacting and she does not seem as on her own. No, a divided family is not the intention but they are very independent individuals as a group. Thanks for the input...it helps.
